Since 1917, City Fish has been a cornerstone of Seattle's culinary heritage. While their retail establishment at Pike Place Market continued to deliver reliable revenue, their digital presence and direct-to-consumer sales felt like untapped potential.


Food Court Creative was brought aboard to navigate these waters, crafting a digital strategy to honor City Fish's century-old legacy while appealing to today's seafood enthusiasts. Our challenge was clear: how do we capture the differentiators fo their brand and the freshness of their seafood and present it to customers who couldn't physically visit their iconic market stall? To do that, we crafted a cross-channel paid social strategy featuring mouth-watering seafood content with an ownable brand quirk, combined with updated email sequencing and engaging weekly newsletters.
